Stefan joined Troon lifeboats in 2008 after serving on Lincolnshire's East Coast. His 'day job' is as a Technical Manager for Siemens Rail Vehicles in Glasgow. He enjoys being involved with the community and relishes the opportunity to help others.

Allan joined the team in 2008. He is a Warehouse Manager within running distance for a shout. He loves the chance to do something he enjoys.

Mark is a Trading Standards Officer who joined the Crew in July 2007 after moving to Troon. He feels that it is important to take part in something that makes him feel part of the local community.

Mathew joined the team in 2008.  He is studying at Strathclyde University, Glasgow and is being pressured to supply the whole Crew with Subaru's.

Drew joined Troon RNLI in 2006 after moving into the town. He runs his own business in Glasgow.

Another member of the Air Traffic Community. He became a member of the Crew in 2004

A Nursery Nurse by day, Aileen was once an active crew member for over 5 years. She has now taken up the roll of making the public and schools aware of the importance of the RNLI. "Working with the RNLI is very rewarding and gives me great satisfaction".
